The exciting opportunity:

• Based 10 minutes South of Perth's CBD
• Support the ongoing review, development and implementation of the clinical governance framework
• Execute clinical audits, undertake root cause analysis to identify gaps in care delivery
• Design continuous improvement initiatives, assist with implementation and monitor the effectiveness
• Identify, assess and mitigate clinical risks by leading investigations and establishing strategies to prevent recurrence
• Support the development, implementation and review of clinical policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practice, industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams, managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensure the delivery of safe highquality care

- $110k + super + salary packaging + leave loading

About you:

• Must have registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Experience as a Quality Advisor, Clinical Nurse Specialist or similar role, in disability, aged care or other health sector is essential
• Analytically minded, objective, solution oriented and results focused, with excellent problem solving skills
• A demonstrated ability proactively creating quality improvement initiatives that align operations with the governing standards
• Calm, compassionate and personable with an evident passion for delivering quality care in line with best practice
