Detailed cleaning required for:

  • Dishes from pastry production
  • Bathrooms and toilets
  • Chemical room and maintaining cleaning chemical supplies
  • Loading docks (front and back)
  • Common areas including the change room, front entrance, staff room, kitchenette and packaging room
  • Commercial Ovens
  • Trolleys and dollys
  • Crates
  • Coolroom and freezer floor
  • Stovetop, rangehood and splashback
  • Surfaces (All walls, benches, shelves, floors and doors)

Food preparation including:

  • Bulk ingredient weighing and mixing
  • Lifting up to 25kg ingredient bags
  • Preparing fruit, vegetable and fillings for high volume production

Part-time hours:
35 hours per week (Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm including half hour unpaid daily break)

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
