The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, proactive and outcome focused Supervisor to manage a team of Sales Coordinators who process PACCAR Parts sales orders and provide the interface between the dealer network and other PACCAR Parts departments.


The incumbent is expected to provide positive leadership and be a role model for the team, ensuring they meet departmental and individual KPIs, work collaboratively with other departments, provide high levels of customer service to the dealer network and continue to develop their individual skills and knowledge.

Additionally, the Sales Support Supervisor will be expected to continually review departmental processes and systems, looking for opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision of the Sale Support Team to ensure efficient, prompt resolution of dealer queries
  • Balancing the needs of the Dealers against the needs of PACCAR, and dealing with queries in a timely manner.
  • Create an area that is efficient and ensure that Daily and Monthly goals are met.
  • Ensure PACCAR Parts Sales figures are maximised by ensuring all Direct Ship invoices are processed daily.

About You

  • Experienced as a people leader with a track record of team excellence
  • Capable of driving improvements whilst continuing to be involved in the 'day to day
  • Some basic knowledge of Materials and logistics functions
  • Prior experience working with CRM programs (e.g. Salesforce) is desirable


 Computer skills
  • Microsoft Office, Business mainframe (JDE/SAP)
