Your responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Support the Project team with administrative tasks to ensure contractual compliance.
  • File administration
  • Document control
  • Document compiling, updates and management, records maintenance etc
  • Educate stakeholders/line managers on quality benchmarks for the project
  • Monitor and communicate quality standards on the project
  • Understand compliance/reporting procedures and processes
  • Perform all duties in accordance with policies, processes, systems and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Understanding of ISO 900
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role working on large projects
  • Be confident managing multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative team player and the ability to work effectively in a complex demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
