Northcott is currently looking for 3 committed, caring and professional individuals to join our Supported Living Team in in Bass Hill; 3 permanent part-time roles are available, at
44, 44 and 50 hours per fortnight.



Typical duties might include:

  • Supporting customers to develop and maintain independence;
  • Supporting customers with personal care including bowel care, and other health and hygiene issues such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering;
  • Undertaking various household tasks including cooking, cleaning, shopping and other community access activities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience supporting customers with intellectual and physical disability;
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and confidence to drive a large wheelchair accessible van;
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our customers;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with our customers and to support their individual care plans;
  • Flexibility to work shifts on a 24/7 rotating roster including morning, afternoon and active night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • NSW Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
