As the company encompasses a wide range of services, you'll have exposure to Risk as well as having the opportunity to get your teeth stuck into Finance tasks such as redemptions and term deposits.


What will my day to day look like?


You will act as the point of contact for all equity client service queries and workflow items, including off-market transfers, issuer sponsored conversions and transfers.


You will also:

  • Validate transfer forms and supporting documentation
  • Execute valid requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with advisers and assistants to investigate and solve problems
  • Provide guidance to advisers and assistants based on understanding of current beneficial ownership and structure.
  • Interpret legal documentation related to deceased estates and bankrupt estates
  • Action deceased estate transactions
  • Validate and action instructions from executors or solicitors
  • Facilitate the actioning of asset transfer requests and funds transfers.

What skills and experience will I need for the role?

  • You are a recent Finance/Commerce/Business Graduate with a passion and interest in Wealth/Fund Management and the Financial Markets.
  • You would love to build a career within the Financial Services space and have the desire to learn, grow and be challenged in your new role.
  • You are hard working, motivated and have a positive mindset and enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
  • You have strong processing, administrative and communication skills with the ability to manage large workloads in a busy environment.
