As
Change Manager you will be responsible for supporting the change management activities associated to ensure a smooth transition of the solutions.

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, this role will see you identifying and implement change strategies that decrease employee impact and increase stakeholder engagement.

This is a 18month contract position.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Responsibility for the program and stakeholder outcome by ensuring everything is in place (change impacts, training, communications) for the scheduled process and systems changes;
  • Initially, your primary focus will be around understanding the program impacts and what the changes mean to the various stakeholder groups; and
  • By working with Learning and Capability, Subject Matter Experts, Experience and Communication teams, you will develop and present the physical changes, new procedures and ensure all training is in place.

About you:

We are seeking someone who is passionate about shaping our future, helping people through transformational change and holds the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Experience working on a similar HR or Payroll change program of work within a large/complex organisation with multiple instruments, and the ability to take on both strategic and tactical work,
  • Confidence in your change management toolbox and working within your project team to remove roadblocks, but drive the outcomes autonomously,
  • Recognised change management qualifications will be highly regarded, with the ability to demonstrate and clearly communicate your enterprise change initiative planning, management and reporting.
