About the role

  • Completing a Technical review on the Sales Paperwork of every job to ensure compliance with Rescode, Developer guidelines, and all property information.
  • Providing Technical support and training to the Sales team and CSO's relating to (but not limited to) siting, nonstandard structural changes, preliminary developer assessments.
  • Ensuring that all "Jobs" are accepted into Production are in accordance with DFH variation guidelines.
  • Providing viable solutions for customers in line with DFH standards and building regulations.

About You


Having worked in a similar role previously assisting Drafting and Estimating teams, your strong attention to detail and organisational skills will be well utilised in this role.


  • Experience within the land/residential or volume building industry.
  • Experience with Knockdown, Rebuild projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver work performance targets.
  • Experience in ArchiCad and AutoCad.
  • Demonstrated drafting knowledge.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Welldeveloped verbal communication, written communication, and numerical skills.
  • Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite, and
  • Full Australian working rights.
