We are seeking Food & Beverage professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver menu explanations and recommendations to guests, catering to special dietary requirements.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the wine menu, offering expert food and wine pairing suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness in service areas, clearing and setting tables to high standards.
  • Prepare a variety of beverages, ensuring quality in every cocktail and espresso served.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and maintain hygiene practices.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • An appreciation for fine cuisine and wines.
  • Good knowledge of food, wine, and beverages, with a willingness to expand your expertise.
  • The ability to handle customer interactions effectively and efficiently.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of clients.
  • High grooming standards and a professional appearance.
  • Availability for closing shifts and flexibility in working hours.
  • Experience in bar service and mixology is a plus.
