About The Company

Our client is a leading mid-tier advisory and accounting practice with a history of innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration. Located on the city fringe, they have over 70 employees and 12 Partners. Their highly successful Corporate Finance Advisory Division service a range of ASX listed, private businesses to start-ups.

They are now in search of a motivated Senior Accountant/Analyst to join their dynamic team. With a comprehensive range of services spanning corporate secretarial, CFO advisory, valuations and due diligence, this is your chance to work closely with high-profile clients across a range of deals.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to participate in all stages of transactions, collaborating closely with the team and Partners. From building complex financial models, analysis, to conducting in-depth industry research and reporting activities, your role will be diverse and challenging.

About You

  • 4+ year's experience working in corporate finance/audit within a BIG 4 or Mid-tier firm
  • Bachelor of Finance or Accounting degree
  • Be CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion
  • Possess strong business analysis skills
  • The ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and annual reports
  • Capable financial modelling abilities
  • Sound finance technical knowledge
  • Strong report writing and verbal communication skills that enable results to be communicated concisely
  • Robust commercial acumen
  • Confident client facing skills
  • Excellent Excel and knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools advantageous
