Your new opportunity

Due to continuous growth and internal transitions, an excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Claims Officer to manage motor claims. This dynamic role involves delivering exceptional member service by addressing insurance claims queries and efficiently processing claims within established guidelines to achieve equitable settlements. In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service to our Members
  • Apply policy conditions to settle claims
  • Communicate with stakeholders such as Assessors, Adjusters, Investigators, and Solicitors
  • Handle claims and related administrative tasks
  • Achieve set KPIs and quality targets consistently

About you

You are a confident and motivated individual passionate about working in a high-performance environment. You have a genuine desire to contribute to the community and make a positive impact. While cultural fit is a priority for us at RAA, to succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Motor or similar claims background preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills applicable across various scenarios
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Empathy in handling customers who have experienced loss
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
  • Intermediate PC skills and familiarity with Insurance systems
