ABOUT THE ROLE
The exciting role of

Growth & Development Manager will have responsibilities across 4 key remits:

1. Identifying and executing bolt-on acquisition opportunities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Prepare deal case modelling and board packs
  • Project manage due diligence team

Project managing greenfield developments

  • Manage relationships with third party developers to build pipeline
  • Work with developers / architects to ensure developments are built to spec
  • Engage, direct and monitor consultant project managers

roject managing integration into the business

  • Lead integration process prior to opening/settlement
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery

4.

Leading expansion opportunities into adjacent sectors

  • Work with global Bright Horizons colleagues to understand adjacent growth sectors
  • Research and execute strategic partnerships

WHAT YOU'LL NEED


We'd love to hear from you if you tick some of the below, and / or can demonstrate experience in M&A, due diligence and contract negotiation; business sales and agreements for lease; understanding of commercial property and leasing.


  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (commerce, economics, law, property) with minimum 5+ years' experience
  • Strong commercial acumen, ability to think strategically with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to influence with pragmatic, effective relationship building skills
  • Strong project management experience and knowledge of PM principles and methodologies
  • Understanding of the Early Childhood sector (highly desirable)
  • Experience in property development and interest in design and architecture (highly desirable)
