Position Overview: We are seeking a consultant with a successful background in working on higher education and social infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a key role in offering expert guidance on business case writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling, contributing to the success of clients and their projects.

With a very promising pipeline of upcoming projects, you will have the opportunity to start strong and collaborate on exciting initiatives.

This role needs to be filled promptly with the client eager to conduct interviews right away.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee projects related to higher education and social infrastructure.
  • Conduct detailed business case analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to aid decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with clients to grasp their specific requirements and deliver tailored consultancy services.
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations based on industry standards and market trends.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Construction, Engineering, Economics, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in working on higher education and social infrastructure projects.
  • Solid expertise in business case writing, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent project management capabilities focused on delivering top-quality results within set deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
