The firm seeks to grow its top-tier team by appointing a Senior Associate for its Brisbane office. In this role, you will primarily collaborate with partners based in Brisbane, while also interacting with colleagues in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth, and engaging in global projects due to the firm's extensive international presence.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years' post-admission experience, including 1-3 years as a Senior Associate, specializing in front-end construction, infrastructure, and energy transition/transport projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in drafting with keen attention to detail
- Business acumen with effective negotiation skills
- Team player with leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Dedication to providing outstanding client service and establishing robust market relationships
