About the role


TAFE Gippsland are seeking a suitability qualified and experienced Hospitality professional to join the TAFE Gippsland Hospitality teaching team in a casual capacity, to deliver Hospitality units to our Commercial Cookery Students.

The primary responsibility of this role involves providing support to students, delivering high quality training and assessment, creating educational resources, and handling administrative tasks associated with course delivery.

Casual hours available during weekdays (no weekend work).

Mandatory requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent is mandatory (if not held, must be willing to undertake the qualification if successful)
  • Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • RSA and Food Handling Certificates
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in the Hospitality industry
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
  • Current Police check (no older than 12 months)
  • Current COVID19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence
