What you will enjoy doing

  • In this role you will coordinate and develop marketing initiatives, both national and local
  • Manage and grow major customers in WA Region, includes negotiations for contract resign and commission payments, replacing nonperforming Agents, growing market share by introducing new Agents
  • You will ensure customer growth, residential sales volume and gross margin targets as per annual budgets
  • Monthly reporting on volume, margin, customer growth, new and lost accounts, agency development, marketing and opposition activity
  • Record, manage new leads on CRM and support sales team is part of your role
  • Maintain up to date agent and distributor pricing information, contracts, accounts, safety documentation and training records for the use of service team
  • Further, you will report all opposition activities, market trends, product developments and price differences to management
  • Retention and training of domestic agencies & distributors is required
  • Adhere to OHS and safe working environment

What makes you great

  • You have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in field sales
  • Previous Customer Service experience and ability to work within regional markets as well as corporate environment
  • Experience and ability to function as a handson leader and take full accountability of the team is required for this role
  • Past experience in working within a fast paced environment, multitasking with a sense of
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at all levels
