About the Role
The Medical Remuneration Coordinator assumes responsibility for an array of technically challenging administrative duties associated with the efficient preparation and accurate production of the payment of salaries and wages for a range of Senior Medical Staff at Bendigo Health.
This will also involve working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders to assist with processes around recruitment, credentialing and scope of practice, award/agreement interpretation involving clinical support expectation, for Senior Medical Staff.
If you possess an exceptional sense of customer service as well as the ability to schedule and manage tight timeframes, you will be rewarded with variety in your role.
This stimulating role would suit an experienced person who is flexible, solutions focused, commitment to quality, willingness to accept a challenge and enjoys working within a team that is dedicated to providing great service to their stakeholder group.
About the Medical Workforce Unit Team
The Medical Workforce Unit is responsible for providing strategic and operational services which support the medical workforce needs of Bendigo Health Care Group in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer.
