The Role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts and Inventory Specialist to join our Equipment and Services team in Moorabbin.

The role ensures customer needs for equipment are met, in a timely, professional manner, and in the most sustainable cost-effective way.

As the Inventory and Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for actively participating in delivering the inventory and parts plan to maximize revenue and service at minimum cost.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the inventory of equipment and parts, including stock locations and profiles.
  • Control perpetual inventory and parts stock, counting and accuracy checks and investigate discrepancies and remove redundant and obsolete equipment in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that the returned inward goods and stock control department is properly controlled and organised.
  • Ensure that work orders are fully and properly completed and that all stocks have been correctly allocated to corresponding jobs.
  • Create daily reports to control the key critical areas of the stock system and address any discrepancy.
  • Ensure inward equipment and parts are received and managed according to the company's standard procedure and to ensure customer service is prioritised.
  • Create and maintain accurate written procedures for the primary inventory control functions and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the stock management system implemented.
  • Implement improvement systems and processes to reduce inventory.

You will ensure that:

  • You are correctly following all Safe Work Practices in the workplace.
  • Workplace is monitored for hazards and hazards identified and reported immediately.
  • You actively participate in Toolbox Talks
  • You are actively displaying behavioural safety and leading team to ensure compliance with CCEP Health Safety & Wellbeing policies and procedures.

  • Parts & Inventory Management Experience
  • Deals effectively and creatively with the unpredictable and uncertain
  • Customer service oriented and is commercially astute
  • You have the drive and resilience to succeed, moves quickly to seize opportunities
  • You respond to challenging goals and takes considered risks where appropriate
  • Ensures clarity of purpose and responsibilities for self and others

  • Takes responsibility for ensuring collaborative and effective working with teams to deliver results
  • Constantly looks for ways to learn and develop self; values learning from mistakes as much as successes
  • Makes decisions based on a longterm view and a broad understanding of the business
  • Articulates coherent and well thought out visions and plans which include an emphasis on communications which engage others as required
