Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join us in our Sydney office.

About the role

  • Join one of the largest life insurance aggregators operating in Australia
.

  • Our Life Insurance Brokers have access to a panel of the 10 major insurers in Australia and contact warm leads over the phone to provide a comparison service.
  • The role requires a very high level of sales acumen, you will be expected to focus on key daily sales metrics / targets to provide the best possible sales outcome for every lead.
  • You will be calling and talking to everyday Australians, with the conversation being about protecting their family's assets. The sales process is mature and requires a highlevel discipline to execute, you will require the ability to hold a very emotional adult conversation and the ability to show empathy and compassion on the call.
  • We provide an uncapped commission structure and prospects are provided in realtime.
  • We invest heavily in the training and development of our team and operate an internal progression plan, ensuring that you can grow your earning potential based on performance.
  • We support your RG146 certification.

Base salary iof $70K, offering uncapped commissions - $100K+ OTE

This is a full time, Sydney office based role
:

  • You will sell giving general advice only and maintain a high compliance standard.

Skills and Experience:

  • Selfmotivated and driven by targets.
  • Minimum of 2 years Insurance Sales experience
  • RG146 accreditation
  • Passionate, supportive, and ambitious team player determined to succeed.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A strong desire to learn and build a career.
- 'Can do, will do' attitude with a high level of integrity.

  • Previous tele sales / outbound contact centre sales experience.
