The Role


We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our team in Elizabeth on a Full Time (2PM-10PM) basis.

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, members, and staff.
  • Performing reception duties with a focus on professionalism and pride in presentation.
  • Assisting in stock take and handle various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Driving membership and retail sales through effective crossselling and proactive engagement.
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of membership requirements.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the gym.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues requiring attention.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and show initiative.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A passion for the health and fitness industry.
To be eligible for this position you must have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
