The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Camooweal Primary Health Clinic (PHCC) works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing in providing advanced clinical and professional leadership in the delivery and coordination of patient and family centered care, unit portfolio management.

The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is responsible for enhancing and enabling patient experience and outcomes by leading support, collaboration, and partnership with patient, families/carers and other health service providers at Camooweal Health Clinic.

Base salary range between $ and $ p.f.
(f/t) (Nurse Grade 7).
Proof of qualification, registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate are mandatory requirements.

This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Tuberculosis.

A 6-month period of probation may apply.
