Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and manage the front line team to achieve business objectives.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and in a service-oriented manner.
  • Oversee customer service and branch administrative operations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain cost discipline.
  • Coordinate team meetings, coaching sessions, and mentor staff.
  • Ensure effective communication of relevant messages to staff.
