About the role:

Our Customer Experience Team are the face of our organisation.

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will serve as the customer's primary point of contact, and own customer issues from start to finish.

In this role you will join our team of customer service superstars to help deliver world class customer experiences. You will process transactions, provide information and solve problems for our members and visitors.

You will regularly be required to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude to deliver solutions at a fast pace.

Flexibility for this role is required as we work to a rotating 7-day roster, Shifts will include early mornings, midday and late nights; across weekends and Public Holidays.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Promote products and services to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate if needed
  • Conduct quality tours of Melbourne Sports Centres
  • Manage contractor signin and issue access cards
  • Handle pointofsale transactions according to cash handling procedures
  • Attend training and meetings
  • Have general knowledge of the business to assist with inquiries
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of users
  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety policies
  • Participate in venue evacuation drills
