We are establishing a Research Unit as a key part of our future direction. We are looking for a highly skilled operator to take on the role of Research Manager.

They must have a strong knowledge of developments that occur in the delivery of services to the community, how those services are evolving and what opportunities this presents.

Annecto has over 1000 employees and is active in NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD.

Key selection criteria

  • Postgraduate qualification in a related area (PHD strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of and experience in cocreation/inclusion projects
  • Capacity to manage projects across complex and geographically diverse organisations
  • Demonstrated research capability including production of reports and papers
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and a passion for sharing information
  • Substantial experience in managing research activities, influencing and contributing to strategic decisionmaking with the capacity to work at the strategic, tactical and operational levels.
  • Extensive experience in a crossorganisational role working collaboratively within an organisation with a matrix of crossfunctional business groups and programs
  • Experience in the leadership and management of organisational change and staff transitions
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in building strong sustainable client and stakeholder relationships
