About the Company
ACRWORLD are representing a reputable and established renewable energy developer in their search for a Development Officer

About the Role

Key responsibilities

  • Manage assigned planning and environmental compliance to agreed outcomes
  • Work with the existing team to assist with site identification and front end renewable energy development duties
  • Monitor environmental policy legislation, national and regional planning frameworks and relevant technical information
  • Support or lead effective and meaningful interactions with key project stakeholders at all stages of project lifecycle

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Planning, Environmental or other related disciplines
  • Experience in a planning and environmental role with a focus on infrastructure development
  • Renewable energy experience an advantage but not essential (environmental, infrastructure, planning etc also valued)
  • Selfstarter with good communication skills
  • Understanding of planning and environmental requirements on large infrastructure projects
