In this role you belong to the Global Service Operations Group.

The purpose of the group is to enable the full WTG portfolio to perform as expected and at the lowest possible cost.

The group continuously optimises and standardises our global processes and shares best practices to enable operational excellence across the regions of Australia and New Zealand.


Responsibilities

  • Direct line management responsibility of local field operations teams
  • Deliver optimised planning, short and long term for field force and flawless execution supporting the service organisation in strategic management of resources
  • Onboarding and training coordination activities for field force
  • Provide to field management with strategic decision, and ensure full commitment of operational team
  • Maximise productivity by increasing output and sales and / or reduce costs, through effective use of KPI's
  • Support the Service Director in the development of strategy for the area
  • Annual capacity plan budget on subregion including quarterly follow up

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree in management
  • Experience with project management
  • LEAN experience
  • Good communication skills

Competencies

  • Selforganisation / good time management and stress resistant
  • Experience in managing smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems)
  • The ability to stay professional in a timesensitive setting
  • The ability to motivate your team and significant communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills and a cando attitude
  • Great in collaboration and conflict management
  • Thrive with planning daily work, documentation, and reporting
  • Proven ability to achieve customer loyalty through effective relationships and demonstration of value differentiation
