Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties

  • Undertake accurate and efficient processing of end-to-end recruitment activities using the Department's recruitment management system, whilst maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This includes vacancy control, recruitment and selection, employment documentation and establishment management.
  • Undertake systems administration and development of the Department's recruitment management system/s, including accurate records management and the provision of timely reporting and analytical information to internal and external clients.
  • In the context of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, provide interpretative solution focused advice and assistance to clients and colleagues in relation to a wide range of recruitment and employment matters.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and review of policies, practices and procedures and undertake designated projects in relation to recruitment and employment.
  • Coordinate the activities of support staff and provide training and development, guidance, coaching and feedback.
  • Perform any other allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from an occupant at this classification level.
