How you will make an impact:

As the General Manager/Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of clinical and non-clinical services delivered at Cabrini Brighton.


You will also be responsible for the efficient operation and financial performance of Cabrini Brighton, consistent with Cabrini's 5-year strategic plan.


Key activities include:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing and nonclinical professions across Cabrini Brighton.
  • Work with direct reports to ensure annual budget targets and key performance metrics are achieved.
  • Implementation of systems and processes to ensure the delivery of highquality care
  • Work with medical staff to develop new services and optimise revenue growth.
  • Develop annual workforce plans that identify future workforce requirements, skill mix, and training requirements.
About you

Educational/Vocational:

  • At least 5 years of senior management experience in a large, complex health environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or previous experience in health or a relevant discipline
  • Registered with AHPRA as a registered nurse
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills
  • Broad clinical and employee relations experience
