Join our team as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor for a leading ASX100 company based in Brisbane. We are all about creating exceptional solutions and experiences for our consumers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled professional to enhance our team.
The Role
As the Senior ER Advisor, you will play a key role in providing case management support, practical advice on policy breaches and misconduct, and leading project management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding investigation processes and outcomes;
- Conducting effective investigations;
- Coaching leaders on case management;
- Representing the Company in employment matters; and
- Developing policies and procedures.
About You
If you have in-depth knowledge of employment laws, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a passion for innovation, then you might be the right fit. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a deep understanding of ER and IR practices;
- Possesses strong business acumen and adaptability;
- Is adept at building relationships and driving continuous improvement;
- Approaches work with a collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence.
