Transformer Assembly & Maintenance Supervisor

Konic Group, based in Adelaide, is looking to expand our dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced A-grade electrician or Transformer Technician with a background in transformer assembly and/or maintenance.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate can be based Australia wide and will join us full-time, taking on a leadership role within the team, with regular overtime and travel.

Responsibilities will include:

Primary electrical construction and assembly

Refurbishing transformers

OLTC Maintenance

Transformer Bushing Changes

Oil Filtration and Regeneration

Leading a team and ensuring project deadlines are met

Planning and booking equipment and contractors

Completion of safety and quality documentation

Implementing environmental plans

Key Requirements:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a drive for quality and safety

Strong ability to build customer relationships

Proven ability to work effectively in a team

Previous experience operating an oil filtration plant is advantageous
