WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are actively seeking experienced, inquisitive, collaborative, results-oriented, and customer-centric Account Executives to join our esteemed team at Challenger Services.

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy, taking ownership of deals, leading them through the sales process, and ultimately closing high-level contracts.

You will engage with top-tier clients and decision-makers, requiring a wealth of experience and expertise in your field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of strategic deals, guiding them through the entire sales process, and successfully closing highlevel contracts with influential figures and key decisionmakers in various industries.
  • Utilise your extensive experience to conduct thorough research on accounts, leveraging tools like Google, LinkedIn, Lusha, and other available resources.
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, including their unique business challenges, technological needs, opportunities, market positioning, and drivers.
  • Proactively engage in outbound prospecting to identify and seize new business opportunities, establishing meaningful connections with senior management and C-Level contacts.
  • Effectively convey the value of Challenger Group's solutions to prospective clients and assess opportunities with significant business potential.
  • Promote awareness and educate prospects and the community about our solutions and industry trends.
  • Skilfully follow up on inbound inquiries and leads generated through our marketing campaigns, providing valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality.
  • Utilise CRM systems for activity tracking, participate in weekly territory forecast meetings, and keep the team updated on the progress of identified activities.
  • Consistently exceed defined quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for customers, supported by a proven track record in customerfacing roles, with several years of experience required.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building robust, longlasting relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and influential communication style.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a highperformance team.
  • Outstanding time management skills, adept at prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • A selfdriven, adaptable attitude, thriving in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
