About the Opportunity
Key to your success will be your ability to:

  • Ensure ERP systems and users are adequately supported through prompt resolution of system problems, maintenance of system documentation, training material and the performance of system reconciliation activities
  • Contribute to efficient business processes by working with business process owners to identify and implement new and improved system functionality
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships and teamwork through regular contact with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Contribute to compliance with audit, legislation and RACV policy by proactively addressing issues and changes in policy and legislation
  • Reflect the spirit of Service Counts in all interactions with members, customers and clients

About You


Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines you will balance being tenacious and results-oriented along with commitment to continuous improvement.


You will lead by example and work with internal stakeholders in Finance, the broader RACV business, ICT and external support partners to ensure that agreed systems, enhancements, processes and procedures are in place to meet RACV requirements.


What you'll need to be successful

  • Degree qualification in Business/Commerce or IT
  • SAP or FinancialForce certification
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Minimum five years' experience in supporting or implementing ERP systems (must be either SAP or FinancialForce)
  • Experience working with accounting practices and principles
  • ERP system implementations
  • Project management
  • Team leadership
  • IT or business consulting
