Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with local and global Library teams to improve and maintain an accurate, abundant, and localized library for Oceania.
  • Use data analytics skills including user consumption and other signals to determine, plan and prioritize the scope of work including formulating shortterm and longterm strategies, workflows and suggesting process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various internal crossfunctional teams (programming, ingestion & label support) to achieve strategic company goals and support projects.
  • Be a strong, unbiased library voice to build an outstanding user experience.
  • Create and maintain meticulous reports and documents to support library projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in the music industry. Programming/curating music for radio, channel or any other network for a wide range of genres has been the central area of your expertise.
  • Have an ear to the ground on all aspects of popular genres of music in Oceania, local culture and trends.
