The Optometry Roster Coordinator plays a vital role in developing and coordinating optometry schedules for our stores to meet long-term and short-term strategies. Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting the demands of each business unit
  • Ensuring flexible optometry rosters
  • Optimizing target optometry hours for maximum sales
  • Managing optometry loadings compliance
  • Coordinating with managers
  • Efficiently managing relief teams
  • Minimizing locum usage
  • Handling optometry annual leave balances

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Payroll Systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and numerical data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset
