About the Role

Joining our dynamic Business Change and Operations team, this role plays a crucial part in handling system and data operations for our Medical Indemnity insurance division. Initially focusing on supporting a pivotal program of work, you will primarily be involved in implementing and managing the Microsoft D365 Workflow tool while enhancing internal capabilities. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of system management, including day-to-day operations, solution enhancements, and user acceptance testing. Additionally, you will champion agility, innovation, and guide projects and stakeholders toward achieving strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously evaluate all systems within the Medical Indemnity division for optimal efficiency.
  • Analyze new solution requirements in alignment with the Target State Architecture.
  • Lead the implementation of enhancements, fixes, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful testing and release of functionality changes.
  • Understand and address customer and business needs effectively.
  • Assist in gathering requirements and documenting specifications for development.
Required Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role focusing on business systems workflow analysis or CXOne management.
  • Familiarity with the D365 Workflow platform.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to system enhancements.
