The Role

Business Analyst with a broad range of experience required to engage, define and drive IT initiatives for a company delivering products, research and initiatives to the science & medical industry. The role will deliver initiatives across all areas of the IT landscape so someone with broad experience and who has delivered across a broad range of IT projects for a large scale company.

  • Engagement: Business Stakeholders at the inception (demand intake) on Initiative Briefs/Business Needs
  • Analysis: Ability to convert Business Needs into high level capabilities to meet the business need
  • Collaborate: Work with IT and Business to document Options
  • Operate at a high level of capabilities and options rather than details
  • Self manage schedule and effort to meet with all stakeholders

About you

  • Must have experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas
  • Hands on experience working in an ERP environment (broad IT ERP systems)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to capture AS-IS requirement thought detailed discussions and workshops
  • Any experience in understanding architectural principles or interested in up skilling in this area
  • MUST be an Australian Citizen for security clearance
  • Must be able to travel onsite in Southern suburbs 3 days a week
