Digital Marketing Lead

Permanent full-time position

The Role


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead, which sits under Strategy and Marketing, plays a key role supporting the Cabrini Health Australia business strategy and marketing initiatives.


The Digital Marketing Lead is integral to the continued success of communicating to our B2B and B2C audiences across the organisation.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively managing the organisation's suite of websites and digital assets including content creation and management.
  • Effectively manage paid social media marketing campaigns, including reporting and analysing outcomes.
  • Supporting multichannel marketing campaign activities, including tracking campaign progress and performance.
  • Design and execute EDMs for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Analyse and report on the organisation's digital presence to improve performance and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing best practice and voice them to the team.
About you

You will have:

  • Experience in a relevant role e.g. website content management or other digital channel management including online content creation.
  • Experience working with EDM platforms such as Campaign Monitor and/or Mailchimp.
  • Demonstrated experienced with digital marketing of products or services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing website CMS systems (e.g. WordPress, Silverstripe).
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics tool and digital channel performance reporting.
  • Understanding of website usability, writing for the web principles and SEO techniques.
  • Familiarity with current web technologies and standards.
  • Experience in the health care sector or a large organisation with multiple stakeholders would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent writing skills.
  • An eye for good design and following brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and selfdriven.
