• Looking for a dedicated Ward Clerk to represent our busy medical unit, providing professional and caring customer service to patients, families, carers, and visitors.
• Permanent part-time position available

About the role:

• You will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and interact with various hospital departments and individuals.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties, coordinate department traffic, and manage patient administrative information.
• Deliver professional customer service to consumers and visitors.
• Book and manage outpatient clinics.
• Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• As the Ward Clerk, you will greet and assist patients for appointments, ensuring accuracy of details.

About you:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with iPM and EPIC software is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Respectful, kind, punctual, and team-oriented
