Roles Overview: Child protection work is both challenging and rewarding. By collaborating with families, agencies, and community organizations, you'll establish supportive connections to promote safety and care within families.

Senior Child Protection Workers and Senior Field Workers play a vital role in safeguarding vulnerable children and families in crisis. They conduct complex case work, provide expert advice, and contribute to the wellbeing of families and communities.

Field Worker/Senior Field Worker positions are specialized roles available exclusively in Regional WA locations.

Qualified candidates will enter a pool for potential placements in similar vacancies within the Department of Communities over the next 12 months.

Location: Vacancies are open in the West and East Kimberley Region, seeking applicants willing to relocate to the region.

Qualification Requirements: Qualified applicants with a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields are preferred for Child Protection roles. Those without approved qualifications can apply for Field Worker positions.
