No prior experience in the field is required, but experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer exceptional customer service to guests in the gaming and bar areas
  • Operate gaming machines and equipment with ease
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to guests with a smile
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the gaming and bar areas
  • Handle cash and perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customerfacing role is preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and evenings
