About Acumen

  • Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
No billable hours KPI's based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours. Genuine person-centred focus and goal setting.


Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance - no overtime, no outside of work hours work.

Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm. You will be working on-site at the ADF base in Williamtown NSW. Part-Time and Full-Time options available.

Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise setting you up for success.

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership the relevant industry body AHPRA
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
