About the role

Work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business and help support the Talent and Development Specialist and Group Projects Manager to help create and deliver learning content.

Be the first point of contact for new team members and assist with the induction and onboarding process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent and Development Specialist to help develop learning content and build a resource library
  • Work closely with various departments across the business to assess training needs and help facilitate any internal and external training
  • Provide support across any ad hoc projects as needed
  • Assist with the internal, end to end recruitment process
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding and induction programs

Skills and Experience required

  • This is a tremendous role for someone who is relatively early in their career and who has a strong interest in anything learning & development or recruitment related
  • You will be an exceptional communicator and you enjoy interacting with a wide range of people and personalities. You need to be comfortable standing in front of small groups (for example, it's Monday morning and you are conducting an induction for new team members)
  • This is a busy and interactive environment, there are excellent processes in place and lots of structure but at the same time you need to cope well when priorities change and you need to shift direction
  • You enjoy making things happen you are proactive and efficient
