A great opportunity has become available to join the
Crown Casual Staffing team This role plays an integral part in the successful operation of our Crown Casual Staffing (CCS) portfolio.

This are an internal labour service that provides staffing support to the business in various roles on an as-needs basis.


Reporting to the Casual Staffing Manager, the
CCS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating & maintaining accurate rosters for the employees of the CCS staff pool to provide labour support for Hotels & F&B outlets.


You will also be involved in the recruitment and people & culture aspects including; attending interviews and performance management meetings.


Some responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing timely and relevant rostering information, to ensure stakeholders are well informed of Crown's current and projected casual labour position in Hotels and F&B
  • Effective delivery of the CCS function with a high degree of customer service
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of Virtual Roster or other rostering systems
  • Assist in and monitor auditing compliance checks on Hotel and F&B rosters
  • Contribute to policies and procedures that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of CCS staff through quality rosters
  • Exposure to people management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in an administrative role and/or strong hospitality knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship management
