As a Fund Services Client Operations Associate, you will be a key member of a fund services team responsible for high quality service delivery across all product offerings provided by Global Fund Services.

You will partner with the technology, operations and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of services provided to our clients on a day-to-day basis.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and client updates communicated to senior management.


To be successful, you must have a strong sense of ownership and understanding of Securities Services and in particular Funds Services, a proven high performance track record within operational teams, and a working knowledge of fund accounting processes and deliverables.

**Job Responsibilities

  • Daily query management and resolution across fund services
  • Responsible for issue management, escalation and remediation
  • Coordinate and help deliver client requested changes
  • Coordinate client fund launches and migrations
  • Ensure successful delivery of client reporting
  • Actively create and participate in client meetings
  • Drive internal projects to achieve consistency, efficiency and automation
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 510 years of experience in fund operations, preferably in clientfacing roles
  • Strong technical skills including fund accounting
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients to drive results
  • Analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to be effective in a global operating model
  • Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presentation skills
  • Expert use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
