Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Role Overview:


As our Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you'll be the ultimate tooth fairy, making sure our patients leave with smiles as bright as the sun Some of your duties will involve assisting our talented dental professionals during procedures and keeping our reception area running like clockwork.

You'll be an essential part of our team, helping patients have a "fang"-tastic experience from the moment they walk in ‍

Key Responsibilities:

Dental Assistance: You'll be the dental superhero, setting up treatment rooms, swooping in to assist dentists during procedures, and ensuring our patients are as comfy as can be ‍

Patient Care: Embrace your inner charm to welcome patients with a sparkle, address their concerns, and wave away their worries with kindness and compassion.

Reception Duties: As the master organizer, you'll manage appointments with finesse, answer calls with ease, and handle day to day administrative tasks like a pro

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a dental assistant or receptionist is highly regarded however, if you're willing to learn we are willing to share the skills ‍
  • Your enchanting communication skills and ability to build rapport will be your secret spell to winning patients' hearts.
  • As an organizational whizz, you'll make even the most complex tasks vanish with your meticulous attention to detail. ‍
