About the company:

Position Overview:

As the FP&A Lead, you will be responsible for generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance with the following key responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, examining historical data, identifying trends, and analysing key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads across APAC to create accurate financial forecasts.

Data Management:
Manage and manipulate large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. Utilise PowerBI to create user-friendly dashboards.

Financial Modelling:
Create and maintain financial models to evaluate various scenarios, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and cash flow forecasting.

Management Reporting:

Prepare and present timely and insightful financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and their impact on the business.


Variance Analysis:
Monitor budget vs. actual results, identifying key variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Strategic Planning:

Support the development and execution of the company's strategic plans by providing financial insights and participating in strategic discussions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA / CPA qualified;
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic, data-intensive environment;
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools, particularly PowerBI;
Excellent communication and presentation skills; and

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
