Executive Assistant to CEO

This is a unique role and you will be responsible for providing high level administrative and executive management support to the CEO.
You will have excellent communication skills to build rapport across the business by engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including Board Members.
Working in a fast-paced environment, priorities can shift daily, you'll be proactive and able to use your initiative to always stay one step ahead.
You'll welcome challenges with a smile on your face and a positive attitude, ensuring the CEO is always prepared and informed.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, efficiency and commitment to completing tasks proactively and with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
You'll form an important part of the corporate office support team, which includes the management of an office administrator and working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Company Secretary.
You will be a team player, happy to lend a hand with administrative duties and office support as required.Key responsibilities:
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for CEO.
- Coordinating the CEO's meetings, telephone conferences and functions attending and taking minutes, assisting the CEO as required.
- Assisting the Company Secretary and her assistant with:
- Preparation and distribution of Board and Management reports, including research, collation and analysis of data.
- Managing meeting facilities and catering for Board Meetings.
- Attending board meetings (where required) and recording, preparing and disseminating minutes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Preparation of ASX and ASIC requirements in accordance with statutory deadlines.
Who you are
You will have proven experience of supporting a CEO or Senior Executives in an ASX or similar environment. Previous experience providing supporting at Board level would also be well regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to produce high quality, concise and accurate correspondence, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- You will be pro active, communicate effectively and be able to meet shifting and tight deadlines.
- Possesses strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to be professional, discrete, courteous and confidential at all times.
- You will also have advanced Microsoft suite skills, and a general comfort with utilising software packages.
Salary:
From $120,000.00 per year
