We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support and Project Officer to provide administrative support to our CEO and Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Directors, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and support key projects in line with our strategic plan, ensuring effective communication and project management.
- Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence and phone calls, responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive and various departments, clients, and external partners.
- Plan and coordinate executive events, including meetings, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, with a proven track record of supporting senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (desirable).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and attention to detail, with a good understanding of the community services sector.
