Local SA Business located very close to the CBD is looking for a permanent ICT Manager to join this vibrant high-profile business.


You will be an experienced ICT Manager who can demonstrate their ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day ICT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems, infrastructure, networks, security and the support desk
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external, including 3rd party vendors (MSP's)
  • Work with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
  • Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and databases, ensuring their security, efficiency, and reliability
  • Working closely with our ICT Service Provider, oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
  • Manage the IT budget, including identifying cost savings and optimization opportunities.
  • Creating standardised processes to ensure consistent delivery aligned with business objectives
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of leading ICT practices and systems
  • Lead and manage the ICT Service Desk function ensuring it is skilled to provide high quality support for all ICT Services including remote users

Required Background:

  • 5+ years local & current experience in an ICT Team Leader / Manager position managing direct reports
  • Ability to communicate technology concepts to personnel at all levels
  • Professional presentation
