We are currently looking for an innovative and enthusiastic
Lifestyle Manager (Functions Coordinator) to join the friendly team in
Glen Waverley.


As the Lifestyle Manager, you will be:

  • Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars
  • Assessing and individualising lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents
  • Leading and developing a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers
  • Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members
  • Engaging with community groups to build a network of support and social partners
  • Identifying new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged
  • Promoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest

About you

  • A warm, ethusiastic and creative individual
  • Strong experience in Aged Care
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversion Therapy:

  • A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
  • Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
  • Computer and documentation skills
  • Availability to work full time Monday
  • Friday
